Alexander Wendorf, 27, of Stamford, Conn. was arraigned Thursday March 11, 2010 at Norwalk Superior Court and charged with second-degree kidnapping, first-degree unlawful restraint and criminal impersonation of a police officer; he was held in lieu of $500,000 bond.
